We are definitely seeing more buyers that are buying properties that are realistically priced.  And when you compare what we are wearing this time of year as opposed to all the clothes you have to wear in the Blizzard of 2009, you can understand why people are still buying Florida property.  This is a picture of our most recent sales caravan on Madeira Beach.  Those of us that live in Florida have a tough life.   Did you notice the sunshine, swimming pool, the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico?  Please note the water temperature in the Gulf is 68 degrees.  Does the Atlantic Ocean get that warm?  If you are interested in changing your wardrobe, call me today and I will explain the benefits of wearing year round shorts.  In the meantime, enjoy a very Happy Holiday.
