Bobbie Kaplan is the Broker/Owner of Weichert, Realtors Sun Sand & Sea Homes in Madeira Beach, FL. She began her real estate career in 1978 working for a state wide developer. With projects in Miami, Naples, Fort Myers, Bradenton, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Seminole, Redington Beach, Belleair Beach, Sand Key and Largo, Bobbie learned quickly how diverse and challenging selling real estate in different markets could be. In 1989, Bobbie and a partner formed a real estate joint venture with USX for the development of two communities on Sand Key, Crescent Beach Club Two and Ultimar. Since the formation of Weichert, Realtors Sun Sand & Sea Homes in 2004, Bobbie and her growing staff have been providing expertise and experience to diverse clients, both long-standing and newly met.
